AGREEMENT OF COLLABORATION BETWEEN PEOPLES CONGRESS
AND PLANETAFILIA
Peoples Congress and Planetafilia agree:
1.
We have the common objective to
promote the creation of a World Parliament (PARMUN)
2.
We accept the PARMUN Resolution
approved at the 1st World Parliament Model that took place at the Palacio
Legislativo of the Mexican Congress on October 6th 2010.
3.
We are determined to jointly
organize the electoral process of the 4 stages established in the PARMUN Resolution
to form first a Citizens World Parliament and eventually a World Parliament with
a Nation State Chamber and a People’s Chamber, or if that is not possible, convoke
a Constitutional Congress to issue a Constitution for the Earth Federation.
4.
We shall invite Universities
and Mayors in every country to join and certify the electoral process provided by
the PARMUN Resolution.
5.
We will also promote all kinds
of events with NGOs and Legislative Parliaments or Legislators as individuals
of all nation states for the accomplishment of our common objective towards a
World Parliament.
6.
We will create an Electoral
Board in accordance to our objective to manage the administrative and financial
matters through a Secretariat.
7.
We will do our best efforts to
work jointly for the accomplishment of our common objective in good faith and
according to the highest ethical values and principals of our organization.
